I thought it proper and fitting to dedicate a page to crypto Currencies, considering their prominence, rise and market cap that now exceeds 1 trillion dollars. You might be aware of my other page and video in which I express sincere scepticism of the value of the primary chain, namely Bitcoin. I allude to the fact that that there is huge vested interest in its rise as nobody buys an asset hoping that it will depreciate. Similarly, miners encourage a high price that will justify their time and electricity expenditure. Then there those who are given free bitcoin to market the coin. Hence, huge vested interest.
I then made the effort to research something of the vast array of different coins or bits as one might call them, to add my opinion and assessment of what might be useful.or undervalued. I started with Bitcoin,.noticing the huge disproportionate market cap and then looked at similar coins that were relatively undervalued but had the same or perhaps better features than the Bitcoin. I came across Lite coin which was an update to the bitcoin and Zcash that has similar features but the added privacy feature. Hence, I view both alternative coins still expensive,not cheap, but relatively hugely undervalued in relation to the Bitcoin.
After finding better and cheaper alternatives to the Bitcoin, I looked at crypto that were designed primarily to be a means of exchange. I found xlm and xrp. While once again, both are expensive not cheap, they seem relative to Bitcoin or Ethereum which to me appears worthless due to its unlimited supply, they seem however to have some worth in the crypto space.
For those interested in crypto I hope my analysis is of some use. Do remember that the crypto space in my opinion is highly risky as some or all of the assets risk government bans without notice. However,there certainly does seem to be better alternatives to BitC and Ethereum for all those interested in this space.
